Our mission is to support and empower the next generation of healthcare professionals by providing scholarships to nursing students, nursing assistant students and others pursuing critically needed healthcare education. We aim to create a much-needed, diverse and well-equipped healthcare workforce that is capable of providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the community of Colorado.
Helping Students Pursue a Future in Nursing and Healthcare
The Grace Hannah Family Foundation will provide financial assistance to those seeking to pursue educational excellence in the healthcare field. We accept applications and nominations for scholarships throughout the year and applications are reviewed and awarded by the GHFF Board of Directors each May.
You can support through individual donations, nominating or sponsoring a student or by attending or sponsoring an event.

Impact Stories
CNA training and certification
In January 2023, the foundation awarded its first round of assistance – full tuition for CNA training and certification. Linda Z, Evelyn B., and Jeneth D. are long-time caregivers with Touching Hearts at Home. Each has demonstrated a desire to serve others with love and compassion. They are now all Certified Nursing Assistants able to provide additional skilled care to those patients in need.
