About Us
Stacey Tabor and Franny Schmidt started the Grace Hannah Family Foundation as a legacy to their daughters – Katherine Grace and Brett Hannah.
Kate and Brett were alongside their mothers when they started the Denver Metro franchise of Touching Hearts at Home in 2014, a non-medical senior home care agency in Colorado. The families witnessed firsthand the impact quality care can have on the communities they serve. The foundation will continue to help support these communities by providing educational opportunities for those with a passion for service.
